Video Contest Deadline
Monday 21 March 2011 La Jolla, California: With only 12 days to go until the end of the submission period, your chances are still open to win one of the many prizes in the ISA Skullcandy Video Contest.
The video should answer the question, “What does a better surfing future mean to you?” It is simple and you can do it however you want to.
Use a webcam to film yourself, create a slideshow, tell a story, do a short fiction film, etc.
You have 90 seconds of artistic freedom.
It is a free video contest and everybody is invited to participate. There’s a total of over $ 3000 USD in cash and Skullcandy prizes.
The top prizes will be awarded to the most-viewed videos and to the ones awarded by the Jury of five editors representing the most prominent online surf websites in the world. Each winner will receive $ 250 cash and a $ 250 Skullcandy prize package.
The first 50 entries will automatically win a Skullcandy prize package. There are still a few slots left, so hurry up and submit your video.
Once your video is done, there are three ways to send it:
1. Email it as an attachment to news@isasurf.org (if it is smaller than 10 MB)
2. Upload it to our designated ftp (check instructions here)
3. Send it thro a file transfer site such as www.mediafire.com or www.yousendit.com
On April 1, all videos will be uploaded to ISA’s Youtube channel and a views-count process will begin. Tell all your friends to check your video and add as many views as you can. Winners will be announced on May 30 on www.skullcandy.com and www.isasurf.org. Good luck!
