Flow Theory

Monday 8 December 2014 Flow Theory is a short bodyboarding film shot in the Western Cape. I wanted to create something more than just another extreme sports video, I think the best films are the ones that leave you with a resonating and lasting message. 'Flow Theory'is a concept proposed by Mihály Csíkszentmihályi where one is entirely focused and absorbed in what one does. I related this to bodyboarding and the unique way in which it lets you focus directly on the present moment. .
