I mean, these creatures were licking their lips, fixing me with primal eyes and sharpened nails drawn like knives at a meat party. A terrifying scene. Powerless as they were to the scent of my bacon, they gave chase – next minute I was diving through fences, leaping over walls and scaling rooftops! But it didn’t end well, I fell…and the rest is just too savage to tell. My world for a bike, a board, a scooter…or a fistful of cash I could’ve throw at them. It could have all been so different.
