In Cape Town, when the Atlantic is too big and everywhere is closing out, Hout Bay offers a man made point break in a NW wind. Jacob Mellish and Dane Staples jump the jetty to the amusement of tourists visiting the local vis n tjips shops. Ian Thurtell hung out on the beach to get the action.

Looks fun but er...did they not see the "polluted-no swimming sign" or Carte Blanche's coverage on the issue?
