A daily photo is taken South of Scottburgh to indicate what the surf is doing on the South Coast. The photographer will wait for a wave to break as to give the best possible representation of ambient swell.
Once again unreal conditions but still to deep. Only ones getting any waves are the "teabags" in the shorey who are getting smashed up the beach. winds go light all day. maybe something as it drains and pushes later.
Not much going on along most of the open stretches of coastline. Frankie O and his lighty Kobie cooling off in the shorebreak. Good conditions though but still too many trenches in the line-up.
Not much in terms of waves this morning. patchy banks not producing much. Look close and you will see the water colour is a bit off. Heavy rain inland has caused the rivers to take a small dump into the ocean. Box clever wherever you decide to go dangle those pins of yours.
Once again a little miff this morning. A few bumps here and there. Nothing special. Short lame waves folding into deep water. Winds are going light NE for most of the morning swinging to a more than welcomed and surpising SW later. Could be on somewhere tomorrow.
