The beach cam in this town south of Durban in Kwa-Zulu Natal is provided and maintained by Vodacom. It overlooks Toti beach and lagoon. Refreshes every three minutes.

looks like a snapshot taken from the moon,vodacom obviously don't have a clue what the use of the webcam is for
