Situated on the southern most point of Mozambique seven hours from JHB and four hours from Durban, Ponta D’ Ouro offers many outdoor activities. The quaint town is home to a interactive community of bottlenose with whom your hosts have been working with since 1995. Ponta also hosts some of the continent's best dive sites. The winter months see the migration of the humpback whales and often the pointbreak is pumping. Wavescape's associate True Blue works with a Mozambican operator to develop and provide holidays to Ponta D’ Ouro; from swimming with dolphins, to scuba diving, surfing unbelievable barrels or just taking it easy on pristine, unspoilt white beaches. Nights can be spent partying (seasonal) or relaxing around the fire.

Due to public demand the BeachCamp has been expanded and now offers Dolphin Full Tour passengers and those who want Dinner, Bed and Breakfast packages.
