This is
the southern most island in the
Mentawai chain with an aluminum frame
lighthouse which gives the best view
of a fun right hand point break which
runs along the edge of the island
until it closes out on a sandy beach
at the island’s northern tip. This
consistent wave is best surfed at low
tide to avoid back wash or rebound. It
is suited to all surfers as it offers
a high performance wall on one hand
and great nose riding opportunities on
the other.
