The Poll

Would you put a Kulula sticker on your stick if it went free?

AND THE WINNER IS: Terry Murphy

Natural Curve and African Surfrider sent the Fish to Cape Town where Spike was on hand to pick it up and deliver it in person to a stoked Terry, who lives in Hout Bay and is a keen surfer who regularly rides Fishes. However, in this case, the jury is out as to whether he will ride this board.

Wavescape, in association with Natural Curve Surfboards and African Surfrider magazine, offered a lucky Wavescape reader a beautifully crafted Fish (that's a surfboard to all you slash-and-bash neanderthals), shaped by the mercurial Hugh Thompson and decorated by the talented surf artist Ant Dodds. This beautiful board, 5' 10" and showing the original slightly stocky curves of one of the best hotdog shapes you could ever own, was on display at the Wavescapes Surf Film Festival in Durban from Sunday 27 July until Friday 1 August, 2008.
