A basic fact of life is that as we get older we loose our flexibility, and thus our surfing suffers in more ways than one. Jim Harrington, Yoga guru of note, has designed a set of routines with the surfer specifically in mind.

YOGA FOR SURFERS SCHEDULE

SATURDAY 9th July

10:00 - 11.30 The Yoga for Surfers Routine 1 - A program of yoga  postures, dynamic exercises, and breathing techniques specifically advantageous to surfers.
Coffee, Tea and Surf
14:30-15:30 Strength and stability for better surfing. Kettle bell weights, stability ball and body weight in the form of functional workouts for surfers
16:00-17:30 Yoga for Surfers Routine 2 - Post surf recovery - A program specifically to help recover and restore energy after surfing.
Closing discussion

Cost : R120/session or R350 for one full day ( surf and tea is free of charge)
